Have not received my order from over a month ago

I ordered 3 pairs as Christmas presents in November and still have not received my order. I contacted IISVGE and was told I should have paid to upgrade my shipping method due to a pending Canada post strike which occurred. My parcel has not moved since Nov 23/24 even though the strike ended. I will be hesitant to order from this company again. I will look at ordering again from Quay or Heatwave as they both ship quickly.
