Worst customer service ive ever dealt with for any issue

They sent the wrong glasses and for over a month. I have sent them probably thirty emails back and forth that they will not fix their correction. Even though i've sent them at least fifteen photos proving that they screwed up and sent the wrong ones ones. I did not want the ones I spent full price on, which is what $80. I spent over $300 with them, and they won't replace the glasses that they sent the wrong ones of worst company ever. We'll never ever buy from them again. And it sucks cause I there's other pairs I really want but they refuse to fix this issue. So I will never spend another dime with them. They won't give me my refund. They won't give me my express shipping. I paid for they won't send me the correct pair. Nothing, they absolutely have done nothing but for a month are you in fight with me? Even though it was a human error on their end, not mine.
